Sunny Campbell is the Office Administrator for Life and Wellness Counseling and Consulting, PLLC. Sunny received her Bachelor of Science in Social Anthropology and Sociology in 2020 at the University of Roehampton London, UK. Her degree had an emphasis on sustainability and international development. Her dissertation was on the community and aid workers affected by Hurricane Harvey. Sunny was involved in Roehampton’s sustainability club, Growhampton, for 2 years during which she was awarded Growhampton's 'Volunteer of the Year' and ran as the Environmental & Sustainability Officer. Sunny also spent time with many of its projects including Wild Child, Edible Campus, Learn to grow and Project Grow.

 

While on summer break, Sunny spent 5 Weeks at the All Hands and Hearts base in Rockport, Texas. She worked in the various phases of response and recovery for homes affected by Hurricane Harvey. Sunny volunteered working in both Response and Recovery on numerous homes throughout the area. With Response she removed insulation, drywall, and sanitized homes to remove mold spores. For Recovery and Rebuild she developed skills including, insulation, drywall, texture, painting, flooring, baseboards, and caulking. She likes to tell people that now she can complete approximately half a house.

 

Before she joined Life & Wellness she worked with LVMH as an event coordinator in New York. Sunny provided on-site event support with basic AV, catering management, and time management. She also maintained communication with booking clients from initial interest to the end of the event. Sunny managed short term, weekly, and long term scheduling with internal and external meetings, events, and inductions. Her proudest achievement while at LVMH was being on the planning committee for their first Black History Month cross brand event. 

 

Sunny has lived in Singapore, London, and New York City. She enjoys travel, beekeeping and sewing in her free time.
