Mission

Life & Wellness Counseling and Consulting, PLLC opened in Autumn of 2014, with the goal of providing services that empower the community towards mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health. We serve clients in the Lake Norman area including Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Moorseville, and Denver, through individual and/or family therapy, marital/relationship counseling for couples, school advocacy and support for parents, and support groups.

Our mission is to provide, through a holistic and therapeutic relationship, a confidential and nonjudgmental environment with supportive genuineness and compassion free of bias. At Life & Wellness Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, we employ the following principals:

  • Provide the best possible care for each individual client.

  • Acknowledge and respect the client’s right to make decisions.

  • Provide non-discriminatory therapy.

  • Give priority to the needs and interest of the client.

  • Services are always voluntary and confidential.

Life is Beautiful

Our practice believes and embodies the slogan, "Life is Beautiful" and we help our clients to identify and appreciate the individual beauty that exists in each of their lives. "Life is Beautiful" represents an outlook, a state of mind, where beauty exists in the eye of the beholder. You define the beauty in your life, we cannot tell you what beauty is or what it means to you but, we can help you identify the things in your life that fit YOUR definition of beauty.

Open yourself to emotional, social, physical, and spiritual fulfillment, understanding, and independence so you can create a beautiful life for yourself and your family! Here at Life & Wellness, we believe EVERY "Life is Beautiful"!

Therapy and Religion

Life & Wellness acknowledges that it is difficult to experience true emotional healing without exploring your personal values and beliefs. Our therapists blend their professional training with their own patience, joy, goodness, and confidence to better support clients. Clients who are open to discussing their religious beliefs will find peace of mind and inner strength.
