Carly Burrows, MA, LCMHCA
Carly Burrows is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Carly graduated from Messiah College in 2011 with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling. Carly has provided therapy and therapeutic services in many community settings to include K-12 schools, family homes, non-profit organizations, and private practice. She also has 4 years of experiencing providing therapy to low socioeconomic communities abroad in the Bahamas which has given her a profound global perspective regarding her therapeutic approach.

Carly has experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and utilizes integrative family approaches to support clients. She believes that the relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance, and when clients come to sessions ready for change, true growth can happen. Carly has sought to help people connect their thoughts and emotions to their behaviors and actions, and believes that true wellness comes from understanding how these processes impact our daily lives. She offers a therapeutic environment that is comforting, open, and free of judgment to ensure that her clients have the best possible experience on their wellness journey.
